Colombia tourist resorts and cities can be roughly divided into 3 areas, which differ in terms of climate. These are West Colombia, Colombia - Northwest coast, San Andres. The selection of these regions covers the most visited areas according to our surveys, on the other hand, there could be nice places to see also outside of our selected regions.

The part of Colombia with the warmest climate is Colombia - Northwest coast, which sees temperatures of 32 °C (90 °F) to 33 °C (91 °F) during the months of June - August.

On the other hand, the climate of West Colombia is coldest with temperatures between 24 °C (76 °F) - 25 °C (77 °F) during the months of October - December.

The highest sea temperatures in Colombia could be found in San Andres, where the sea temperature in August - October will be around 28 °C (83 °F) - 29 °C (84 °F).

The least cloudy region in Colombia is Colombia - Northwest coast with 67 % of sunshine a day during its sunniest months December - February.

The region with the most sun hours (without clouds) during a day is Colombia - Northwest coast, which enjoys 7 hours in December - March.

Colombia has the windiest region and it is Colombia - Northwest coast with an average level of wind 5 during January - April.

During the night and the morning, the region with the highest temperature is San Andres, which has night temperatures between 26 - 26 in the period of April - June.

Regions with a humid climate, which can mean a slightly higher chance of rain are West Colombia, San Andres.
