Tourist regions in China, according to their climate, could be divided into 5 different areas, which have different climates. These are China - South coast, China - East coast, Central south China, Central China, Northeast China. The selection of these regions covers the most visited areas according to our surveys, on the other hand, there could be nice places to see also outside of our selected regions.

China - South coast is the region with the highest temperatures in China. During May - September day temperatures of 31 °C (87 °F) - 32 °C (89 °F) are expected.

On the other hand, the climate of Northeast China is coldest with temperatures between 1 °C (34 °F) - 3 °C (37 °F) during the months of December - January.

The highest sea temperatures in China could be found in China - South coast, where the sea temperature in June - October will be around 27 °C (81 °F) - 29 °C (84 °F).

The least cloudy region in China is Northeast China with 64 % of sunshine a day during its sunniest months September - November.

The region with the most sun hours (without clouds) during a day is Northeast China, which enjoys 8 hours in March - June.

China has the windiest region and it is China - East coast with an average level of wind 4 during December - February.

During the night and the morning, the region with the highest temperature is China - South coast, which has night temperatures between 24 - 26 in the period of May - September.

Regions with a humid climate, which can mean a slightly higher chance of rain are Central south China.

Regions with just a few days of precipitation, which means regions with a dry climate, are following: Northeast China.
